一、 用途：
1. 广泛用于制化妆品、塑料耐寒增塑剂、脱模剂、橡胶胶片隔离剂、稳定剂、表面活性剂、橡胶硫化促进剂、防水剂、抛光剂、金属皂、金属矿物浮选剂、软化剂、医药品及其他有机化学品。
2. 可用作油溶性颜料的溶剂、蜡笔调滑剂、蜡纸打光剂、硬脂酸甘油脂的乳化剂等。
3. 在食品工业中用作润滑剂、消泡剂。纳米水性硬脂酸还是制造杏仁蜜和奶液的主要原料。
4. 纳米水性硬脂酸广泛应用于PVC塑料管材、板材、型材、薄膜的制造。是PVC热稳定剂,具有很好的润滑性和较好的光、热稳定作用。在塑料PVC管中,硬脂酸有助于防止加工过程中的“焦化”,在PVC薄膜加工中添加是一种有效的热稳定剂,同时可以防御暴置于硫化物中所引起的成品薄膜变色。
5. 纳米水性硬脂酸在橡胶的合成和加工过程中起重要作用。是天然胶、合成橡胶和胶乳中广泛应用的硫化活性剂,也可用作增塑剂和软化剂。在生产合成橡胶过程中作乳化剂,在制造泡沫橡胶时,可作起泡剂,还可用作橡胶制品的脱模剂。
6. 纳米水性硬脂酸用于雪花膏和冷霜这两类护肤品中起乳化作用,从而使其变成稳定洁白的膏体。硬脂酸皂酯类在化妆品工业中用途更为广泛。
