NBR/PA66合金是以丁腈胶为主体,用PA66(尼龙66)做改性剂,用机械共混的方法生产的改性橡胶,其突出的特点就是即耐油又耐低温。可用橡胶通用的工艺设备、材料和技术,生产各种橡胶制品。

丁腈胶有多种牌号,各种牌号的性能不同,通常用丁腈胶的丙烯腈含量不同来区分,就丁腈胶的耐油性能来说,随着丙烯腈含量的增加而变好,但低温性能则变差。丁腈18的脆性温度是-50℃;丁腈40的脆性温度是-23℃。橡胶最宝贵的就是低温弹性,丁腈18的低温弹性好但耐油性能不好。人们一直在设法解决这个问题,但效果不明显。用尼龙66树脂改性丁腈18,即保留了丁腈胶的低温性能又将其耐油性能提高。

NBR/PA66合金由于尼龙的抗渗透性,可否用在贮油、输送橡胶制品。飞机软油箱、加油管、空调胶管上。尼龙低摩擦系数等特点,可否用在旋转密封件上减少唇部的摩擦生热而增加寿命。

NBR40/PA66合金,比丁腈40的耐油性能更好,可用在采油工业设备的密封件上,提高使用寿命,增加可靠性。尼龙的耐油性、抗渗透性可改善共混后材料这方面的性能,可否在油井封隔器上应用减少低分子渗透产生的鼓包。

尼龙的抗渗透性,减少了输送介质的扩散,特别适合用航天、航空器的橡胶制品上,如自动调节系统的膜片、密封件、高压油管等。

NBR / PA66 alloy is a modified rubber produced by mechanical blending with nitrile rubber as the main body and PA66 (nylon 66) as modifier. Its outstanding characteristics are oil resistance and low temperature resistance. All kinds of rubber products can be produced with general rubber process equipment, materials and technology.

There are many grades of nitrile rubber. The properties of various grades are different. It is usually distinguished by the different acrylonitrile content of nitrile rubber. As for the oil resistance of nitrile rubber, it becomes better with the increase of acrylonitrile content, but the low-temperature performance becomes worse. The brittleness temperature of nitrile 18 is - 50 ℃; The brittleness temperature of nitrile 40 is - 23 ℃. The most valuable thing of rubber is low-temperature elasticity. Nitrile 18 has good low-temperature elasticity but poor oil resistance. People have been trying to solve this problem, but the effect is not obvious. Nitrile 18 was modified with nylon 66 resin, which not only retained the low temperature performance of nitrile rubber, but also improved its oil resistance.

Due to the impermeability of nylon, NBR / PA66 alloy can be used in oil storage and transportation of rubber products. On aircraft soft fuel tank, refueling pipe and air conditioning hose. Nylon has the characteristics of low friction coefficient. Can it be used on rotary seals to reduce friction heat generation at the lip and increase service life.

NBR40 / PA66 alloy has better oil resistance than nitrile 40. It can be used in seals of oil production industrial equipment to improve service life and reliability. The oil resistance and permeability resistance of nylon can improve the performance of the blended material. Can it be used in oil well packer to reduce the bulge caused by low molecular permeability.

The impermeability of nylon reduces the diffusion of conveying medium. It is especially suitable for rubber products of aerospace and aircraft, such as diaphragm, seal and high-pressure oil pipe of automatic regulation system.
